Terms of Service

These Terms of Service apply to the SupplyPlugs website and digital products. By using our website or placing an order, you agree to these Terms.

01 Store Information

Store: SupplyPlugs

Business address: Bochnia, 32-700, Poland

Email: supplyplugs.contact@gmail.com

Effective date: 01.05.2026

02 Our Digital Product

SupplyPlugs sells digital access to an organised directory containing supplier contact information and related sourcing materials.

No physical product is shipped. The directory is delivered electronically after successful payment.

03 Orders and Payment

By placing an order, you confirm that the information provided during checkout is complete and accurate and that you are authorised to use the selected payment method.

Prices and available currencies are displayed at checkout. Your bank or payment provider may apply currency conversion or additional processing fees.

We may cancel or refuse an order where fraud, payment misuse, technical errors or violations of these Terms are reasonably suspected.

04 Digital Delivery

After successful payment, the customer receives access to the purchased digital product through an automated email, download page, customer account or another delivery method displayed during checkout.

Customers are responsible for providing a correct email address and checking spam or junk folders.

If the download is not received, contact us at supplyplugs.contact@gmail.com .

05 Licence and Permitted Use

Your purchase provides a personal, limited, non-exclusive and non-transferable licence to use the digital directory for your own lawful sourcing and business research.

You must not:

resell, redistribute or publicly share the directory;
upload the directory to public websites or file-sharing services;
copy the directory for resale or commercial distribution;
claim ownership of SupplyPlugs content;
use the information for unlawful, fraudulent or abusive activity;
use the directory to source or sell counterfeit or prohibited goods.

06 Supplier Information

Supplier information is reviewed before inclusion in the directory. However, suppliers are independent third parties and are not employees, agents or representatives of SupplyPlugs.

Supplier availability, catalogues, prices, payment methods, delivery times, product quality and contact details may change. SupplyPlugs does not control individual transactions between customers and third-party suppliers.

07 Customer Responsibility

Customers are responsible for deciding whether to contact or purchase from a supplier and for ensuring that products, transactions and resale activities comply with applicable laws, intellectual-property rights, customs rules and marketplace policies.

08 No Earnings Guarantee

SupplyPlugs provides supplier information and sourcing resources. We do not guarantee profits, sales, business growth, product availability or any particular commercial result.

Examples of prices, products or potential resale values are illustrative only and do not guarantee future results.

09 Digital Products and Withdrawal Rights

Digital products may be delivered immediately after payment. Where required by applicable consumer law, immediate delivery begins only after the customer provides the necessary express consent and acknowledges the legal effect this may have on the right of withdrawal.

Nothing in these Terms limits mandatory consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded.

10 Refunds

Because the product consists of digital content that may be supplied immediately, refund eligibility may be limited after access or download has started, subject to applicable consumer law.

If you receive an incorrect file, a damaged file or cannot access your purchase because of a technical issue, contact us so we can provide assistance or a replacement download.

11 Intellectual Property

The website, branding, layout, written materials, graphics and digital directory are owned by or licensed to SupplyPlugs and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.

Purchasing access does not transfer ownership of the product or its intellectual-property rights.

12 Website Availability

We aim to keep the website and digital-delivery services available, but temporary interruptions may occur because of maintenance, technical problems or circumstances outside our reasonable control.

13 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, SupplyPlugs is not responsible for decisions, purchases, losses or disputes arising from transactions independently entered into with third-party suppliers.

Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot legally be limited or excluded.

14 Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Poland, without limiting any mandatory consumer rights available under the laws applicable in the customer’s country of residence.

15 Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms when our services, business practices or legal requirements change. The current version and latest update date will be displayed on this page.
